Condition for participation

The registration for the tournament can only be accepted with a FIDE-ID as the tournament will be rated.
Players without a FIDE-ID must contact their national federation in time to get their ID.

Registration by mail

Please send a mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and indicate for every player you want to register :
1) FIDE-ID
2) Name
3) Club

Payment of the entry fee

Free participation for GM, IM, WGM and WIM.

Entry fee for other players :

• payment by bank transfer until Wednesday June 17th :
  40€ for adults  /  25€ for youth players
• payment by bank transfer after that day or cash payment on the first tournament day :
  50€ for adults  /  35€ for youth players

The entry fee will be refunded if you do not participate.

Account for bank transfers :

When registrating several players, you may transfer the sum of all entry fees.
In this case, please put the number of players and the club in the comment instead of the names.
